Product introduction

GCK low voltage withdrawable switchgear cabinet composed of power distribution center (PC) cabinet and motor control center and is applicable to power plants, transformer substations and industrial mine enterprises. It is used in power distribution system at Ac 50hz, maximum working voltage of 660v and maximum working current of 3150a for power transformation, distribution and control of motor power, motor control and lighting.

Structural features:

A. The basic framework of this series products is partially welded semi-assembly structure, whose structured parts of cabinet are connected by bolts into the basic framework. then connected with door, baffle, clapboard, drawer, installation plank, bus bar, electric components, etc. The framework is welded by special-shape steels with excellent intensity and rigidity.

B. The installation holes for the framework and parts are at the criteria of 20mm.

C. The internal structured parts are galvanized; the external parts (framework and door lock) are under phosphurating treatment and coated with static epoxy powder

D. Inside the incoming cabinet of Power Center(PC),the top part is the area of horizontal bus bar, below which is breaker chamber The breaker may be homemade ME series, cw1 series, etc. Other foreign types of breaker may be installed according to customer's requirements such as ABB Corp.'s E series, M series by some international Corp. and intelligent breakers.

E. Power Ceter (PC)'s feeder cabinet is similar to the structure of incoming cabinet when the feeder current is between 630A and 2000A each set of cabinet can install two loops at the top and bottom.

F. The cabinet with fined capacitance compensation and counting has the similar appearance and position of horizontal bus bar to draw-out cabinet so as to ensure that the two can be used side by side.

G. Bus bar system: the bus bar for cabinet is under three phase five-wire system. When rated current of horizontal bus bar is below 1250A, single bus bar will be adopted. when it is above 1250a, dual bus bar will be adopted. Horizontal bus bar between two cabinets is connected by connection blocks: vertical bus bar is enclosed by galvanization board and transparent organic glass board and the inside has a baffle to prevent eclectic arc from pervasion .Neutral bus bar is set in the front of cabinet top, preventive bus bar (PE) is set at the bottom and linked with the baffle and door to guarantee the continuity of grounding, Not to reduce protection class of enclosure. There are natural ventilation windows at the top and bottom of switchgear cabinet Protection class of enclosure is 1P40.


Conditions of use
1. Elevation: the elevation shall not exceed 2000MM;
2. Ambient temperature: -25°C~40C;
3. Relative humidity: daily average is no more than 95%, and monthly average is no more than 90%;
4. Surrounding environment: the surrounding air is not polluted by corrosive gases or flammable gases, water vapor, etc.No frequent violent vibration.
5. If the above normal conditions of use are exceeded, the user may negotiate with the company.
