Product introduction
S11 series oil-immersed transformer adopts traditional compact structure with high reliability. This series of product adopts fully sealed oil tank, thus isolating the transformer oil from the air and slowing down the aging of transformer oil and insulators. This series of product uses traditional material and is efficient and energy-saving. The product has been widely applied in new and reconstruction projects of urban and rural power grids such as Hydropower station and Power plant.

Overview & features
It is suitable for power systems of AC50Hz and rated working voltage up to and including 35kV, can be used as small and medium sized substation and industrial and mining enterprises, institutions, power distribution transformer equipment and lighting loads.

(III). Three phase pole mounted type distribution transformer Features:
- Three phase transformer with more economical cost
- Pole Mounted type transformer for easy installation
- Oil Filled type for Cooling Method
- Three phase pole mounted transformer is used for power transmission and distribution, with low loss and high efficiency
- This type three phase pole mounted transformer is advanced design to increase short-circuit strength, thermal strength
- Durable and corrosion resistant finish meets all ANSI/IEC/BS Standards for single phase pole mounted transformer.
- The three phase pole mount type Automated design system insures each customer's unique requirements are satisfied.
C. R. G. O Silicon Steel or Amorphous Metal is available for customer's option.
Service conditions
Installation height: altitude shall not exceed 1000mAmbient temperature: -40ºC~40ºC
Transformer Core
1.The core is made of high quality grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel of high magnetic conductivity, by using 45°five-step overlapping method to reduce the no-load loss and no-load current.
2. Simulation analysis method is applied for the core design, thus to precisely and effectively calculate the vibration frequency and scale.
3. Flexible connections are adopted between the core and coils, core and clamps. With these measures, transformer's noise level has been improved by 10-15dB over the conventional products.
LV windings
1. For LV windings above 400 kVA capacity, superior foil conductors are adopted for winding manufacturing, thus to obtain better amper-turn balance and less transverse magnetic flux leakage, and finally to greatly improves transformer's anti-short circuit capability.
2. By reasonably designing the oil passage within the winding, winding's heat dispersion effect is greatly increased. Thus the reasonable design has decreased temperature rise and improved products' overload capability.
HV windings
1. HV windings are manufactured with superior wire conductors, insulated reinforced with fiber glass.
2. The HV windings are cast under vacuum and high pressure conditions in Germany HUBERS vacuum Cast Machine, resulting the best resin penetration and very low partial discharge( partial discharge for 11kV product could be lower than 5Pc).
3. Optimized structure is adopted for HV windings to improve transformer's electric field. Lighting impulse simulation calculation was adopted for winding model design, thus to substantially improve product's anti-lighting capability.
Installation of protection device
Transformers of all capacity specifications have been equipped with pressure relief valve;
Gas relay with alarm and tripping terminals is available on request.
Oil-temperature measurement device
All the transformers are equipped with tube holder for glass-stem thermometer that is set on the top of oil tank, and immersed in oil for about 120±10mm;
1000~2000kVA transformer is equipped with outdoor signal thermometer;
Transformer oil tank
Transformer oil tank is composed of corrugated walls with powder painted surface and reinforced with film. Corrugated cooling fin not only has cooling function, but also has "breathing" function, the elasticity of corrugated cooling fin make it adapt to the change of oil volume due to change of temperature. So this hermetically sealed transformer does not have oil conservator, which decreases the height of transformer.
The transformer adopts vacuum oil-injection technology during encapsulation that thoroughly removes the moisture from transformer, and keeps the transformer oil from contacting the air. This technology also avoid insulation performance reduction or oil aging due to entering of oxygen or moisture, it improves operation reliability of transformer.
